PVC CONVEYOR BELTS
These tapes are based on one or more cords of polyester fabric coated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC).
These materials give the tape strength, impact resistance and crack resistance..
The working temperature of the tapes is -10C to +70C
PVC tape is resistant to animal and vegetable fats and moisture
Depending on the composition of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) tapes, the field of application is very wide - agriculture, wood processing, fruit and vegetable processing, cardboard industry, food industry
The tapes are manufactured in white and blue colors for the food industry (FDA certified)

CONVEYOR BELTS WITH CARRIER PROFILES
This type of tape is used when it is necessary to transport the transported product at an angle to a certain height or when dispensing the product into certain parts.
The height of the profiles is selected depending on the dimensions of the transported product and the angle of elevation of the conveyor.
The larger the angle, the greater the profile height. Profile height from 20 mm to 60 mm, color - white, blue (for the food industry), green - general purpose.
Profile material - PU (polyurethane) - is used when working with oily, abrasive, high-temperature, chemicals.
